Question

My kitty Molly is approximately 15 months old, and she ...

Sent to Pet Experts February 25, 2006 12:58 a.m.

My kitty Molly is approximately 15 months old, and she was treated as a baby for an undiagnosable condition which gave her a fever of 105 and terrible diarrhea. Molly has thrived since then (after maxing out my credit cards for vet bills). Now, I am concerned that she hasn't pooped in 4+ days, and she has a distended belly (she is spayed, so she is not pregnant). She has also been meowing at me a lot which is not normal. I think she may have an intestinal blockage. What is the easiest way for me to get this problem diagnosed? And, what would be the least expensive treatment? (I love her, but I can't afford surgery) I hope there is just a kitty laxative that I can give her to make this problem go away. Please help. Thank you.
