Hi, I’m a student here in the states and because of this I couldn’t bring my dog Tina with me. My parents are taking care of her but for them is enough if the dog has a place to sleep, food and water. When I went to Puerto Rico this summer and I took my dog to the veterinary, she was diagnosed with heartworm. She is currently asymptomatic, and my parents don’t really like the idea of having to follow up with the treatment (they particularly oppose to the idea of letting her be quiet after the treatment is administered). I’m moving to a military base around december. Is she allowed to fly with me? I really want to take proper care of her. She is 8 years old.
Thanks for your response
