sick alleycat
Sent to Pet Experts August 01 05:54 PM

I have an alleycat I have been taking care of and she has been showing signs of being sick. Her fur is not very well kept near her tail, she tends to let the tip of her tongue hang out of her mouth, which makes her mouth very wet at times. You can tell she is also having a hard time eating with the funny movements her mouth makes. What could be wrong with her?

She may be suffering from dental disease. Very common in animals. She
may have gotten into a fight or fallen and lost some teeth. Her coat may
have fleas, mange, or hotspots causing her coat to thin out.
It could be a many number of things and a vet visit maybe required to
find out exactly what is wrong
