I Have a 6 month old pit bull SUnday he ate an old

I Have a 6 month old pit bull SUnday he ate an old rack of ribs at my brother in laws that he found in the trash, although he did not eat much nor do I think he ate any bones, yesterday he did not eat and everytime he drinks water he throws it up. I have be giving him fluids in small doses thru a sorenge , today he is still not eating but he drank water about an hour ago on his on and held it down for the first time,.Do you think that he just has a bad bell ache for the spoiled meat?
