13 year old lab with hacking cough several days duration, due to air way obstruction, examined by vet. may be tumor, or a neuro muscular problem. now not eating, has subnormal temp, very lethagic, was on meds antibiotics now refuses anything by mouth. suggested we may build her up to ready her for surgery, but there is no guarantee this will help. vet feels she may die soon. what to do?? help.
