I have a shitzhu that is 13 years old. She has been getting nodules for the past few years. Now she is getting big red lumps on her stomach. I haven't taken her to the vet yet because my friends told me to leave her alone. They said don't take her because the vet would want to remove them and she's too old for surgery. Can you advise?
