My small teacup poodle suddenly started to limp on ...

My small teacup poodle suddenly started to limp on one of her back legs. She has full movement without pain when I move the ankle and knee joints. Ihave checked her pad and found nothing. She does appear to have some pain, Is it helpful to give her a baby aspirin?
