2 one year old pups have similar symptoms. Vomiting

2 one year old pups have similar symptoms. Vomiting (about 3 or 4 hours after eating) listless, shaking (like the chills), diharria. The chills/shaking came on after the vomiting. Both sleeping. No vet in town can see them. Please help us.
