My 7 year old pit bull had a litter of 7 two weeks ago, and one by one, they all died. Not sure why. And now she wont eat or drink or even stand up. We have been feeding her creamy soups, gatorade/pedialite, and water with a syringe like a baby for 4 days, and she still hasnt gone to the bathroom. She also has an open wound the size of a dime about 4-5 inches from her bottom, so, thinking it was worm-related, my husband has given her two shots of PIPERAZINE ADIPATE (worm med.) She shows no signs of improvement, but shes not getting any worse either. i have hope for her to pull through because she can still wag her tail when she sees me.. please help me help our dog.....ThankYou

She needs to see a vet.
The hole if its by her anal area is probably from an anal gland infection abcessing through the skin. If its down on a mammary gland this could be a mastitis infection.
I don't think putting poisons in her are going to help her get better.
She could be in kidney failure if she is not urinating.
She might be having a uterine infection.
I don't think its something you can cure at home. I think she needs fluids and antibiotics and a vet exam.
Hope this helps you!
