My 10 year old Beagle is all of a sudden unsteady when she walks. Her eye is running, and she had blood in her stool. She is under care for seizures, takes Phenobarb. Has not had seizure for 2 years. She is not behaving normally; I suspect something neurologic. She is seeing Vet tomorrow am. Can you help me?
