Yes, I am concerned about my bird. It was a she and then her Cere tunred into a blue Cere. She/he was flying and being more playful and now she/he just sits in the cage and stares, sleeps alot and flys and then runs into walls and she seems pretty clumsy at times. She still eats and drinks water but won't get baths. She/he doesn't chirp like she/he used to. I brought her/him to the vet recently and he said everything looked good. Can you please tell me why she is having this odd behavior?

Thanks so much
