i have a 14 yr old papillion who has developed a skin rash that is plaques over his body-ihave had him at his vet many times-he does not have a parasite or fungus or bacterial infection-he has been given steroids ,antibiotics, and special shampoos-nothing has worked and the vet does not know what is wrong with him
is there a vet who specializes in dermatology?
i am at my wits end
