i have a baby bearded dragon that i just recently ...

i have a baby bearded dragon that i just recently found out that it has hind leg extension,when i herd this i did some research and found out that he will die well like any reptile lover i would hate to see that expecially since this is my first time breeding, is there any way to help him because he still has some use of his back legs but still does not use them
