My Westie had 3 seizures in less than a week. The last one he was panting escessively. A few days after the first and second one, he seemed to be blind, was week, and had some trouble standing up. He was breathless after walking a little and sometimes woke up during sleep panting. What do you think. The vet added digoxin to his lasix and thyroxin pills after the first seizure. He never had seizures before, although sometime after eating he would breath heavy and pant for about 20 minutes.

You might try adding some plain pedialyte to his water bowl the lasix might be robbing him of electrolytes.
If you haven't done blood work to check his thyroid in a while you might want to do that to see if he is being over or under medicated.
You might want the vet to test him for Cushings disease too. You can read about that here

If you want to read up on seizures and causes this site is the best one I've found
