i have 2 shihtzu puppys 3 months old i have had them ...

i have 2 shihtzu puppys 3 months old i have had them to the vet 4 times in the month that i have had them they have both been sick but the one today i looked at his eyes and they are cloudy with a green tint in the light can you tell me can this be a virus they have been for a week now haveing loose bowls sometimes yellow sometime green but they are playful and they are not acting sick can you help me...thanks

Already Tried:
i am feeding them rice mixed with dry food i have given them Imodium for the diarrhea only one day it was not helping so stopped and as far as the cloudy eyes nothing yet just found that a few hours ago
