Feline siezures

My youngest Feline son, Gabriel, is having siezures. I am so worried and scared. He never had one until he was neutered. he was only there about 10 hours. About 1 month later he had his first siezure. I really didn't know for sure it was a siezure, I didn't know what happened. I prayed & he got ok. A few weeks later he had another one. It still didn't fully click in my mind. I've never had, or heard of, a Cat having siezures. Last weekend he had another one. Then yesterday and again today. They are diffinately siezures and they're coming more frequently. His muscles become rigid, he has violent tremors, he foams at the mouth, pupils are dialated and unfocused, and he makes a gutteral hack or spit sound. Could you help us please!?! If there are more than one possibility, please give them all to me. Anything! I beg you.
We have no money but I'll do what I have too. It's just me and my Feline kids and I love them dearly. Thank you!

This is more common then people think. Sometimes when a cat receives anestesia for surgery, there are complications. The cats brain is deprived of oxygen for seconds - and the result is feline epilepsy. This is what has happened to Gabriel. It is very unfortunate and I have heard several reports of this hapeening to other cats just in the last month. Fortunately, Epilepsy is treatable and there are several ways to help your "furry child"
Since he is such a young cat - I would like to avoid prescription anti seizure medication unless it is absolutely necessary.
I would like you to try the product available on www.AllergicPet.com. Many clients have had great success with it. Hopefully it will control Gabriel's Epilepsy and he will be able to lead a normal life. As a last resort - there ae presciption meds. They do have side effects, though.
Please let me know what happens and if you need any further help with Gabriel.

Reply to Terri Riba's Post: After thinking about all this, I kind of thought that's what happened. When I brought him home after his surgery he was very out of it. I called and took off work that next day because he was sleeping so much, when he did get up and try to walk his coordination was completely off, he was disoriented and I could tell he was dizzy, he would fall over with every step he tried to make. I called the Vet and told him what was going on and they told me he was just super sensitive to the anesthesia and would come out of it fine. It took him about 3 days to be 'fine'. Then the siezures started.

Thank you so very much for all your help. I will check out the site and talk to that Vet again.

I'm sorry I can't afford to pay you more. I hope the $10.00 helps. I'm so very glad GOD has blessed us with this site and you. May GOD bless you and those you love.

Sincerely,
