I have a 7 month old lab that was diagnosed with mandibular osteomyelitis. They tell me he may grow out of it but the is no cure for it. It has reacurred and it is even worse this time. How long will he keep getting sick like this.

the first time took him to the vet and they gave him an antibiotic,and pain medicine
