ACCEPTED Check Mark

Coughing blood can be a sign of parasites. However, it is also a sign of Heartworms. There are many reasons a dog can cough, but the blood makes it a bigger concern.

I would go to the vet quickly to have this checked. Whenever anyone or any animal is coughing blood it can be a serious sign of illeness.

Please let me know how you make out.
