I have a female toy poodle that is 63 days pregnant, her temperature goes from 98.1 to 100.6, it is up and down every 1 to 2 hours, very inconsistant.This has been going on since sunday.Her milk came in on Saturday, and here we are on tues, and no pups.I have breed dogs for about 5 years now, and have not ran across this yet, usually when they get under 99 they are going into labor with in 12 hrs.. toy poodle, age 2, bred with a tea cup, exray says 2 pups. Thank you!!

You may have pups that are stuck. I'd be really tempted to see the vet and expect potential for a c-section.
My last litter I had two pups try to get in the birth canal at the same time and neither would give way for the other so we had to do a c-section.
I agree the temperature flux is odd. But at this point if you want to be sure to save the pups I'd call on the vet for help.
You can while you work on that see if giving her a calcium tablet or some cottage cheese etc helps her go into labor. Sometimes electrolyte imbalance can delay things. Let her drink plain pedilyte too.
Uterine inertia can be an issue too.
If this dog is like ones my friends and I know sometimes the bumpy ride to the vet triggers delivery of the pups.
But I would not risk waiting longer to have the vet check her.
