My 9 week old Doberman got his ears cropped on tues, ...

My 9 week old Doberman got his ears cropped on tues, and still has the foam and glue on his head, but we just noticed a large bump infront of the foam that can be pushed in like a bubble.... what is wrong with him, should I take him to an emergency vet?
