my bulldogs butt seems to be bothering him. i tried to lift his tail to look and it looks like his anus is swollen on the top. i tried to lift his tail more to see if he had a hot spot under there or if he has a tail pocket that needs to be cleaned but hes getting mad and wont really let me get a good look. i tried to stick a qtip under his tail to see if i could get anything and it came out clean. wondering what could be the cause of the swollen irratated area around there. is it real serious. please help
