my cockerspaniel started walking slow yesterday and now today wont get out of bed

she did last night but today she just wants to sleep she is 9.she kinda wlks favoring her back area and deosn't walk normal

she has had ear problems for awhile and is on antibiotics could this have something to do with it

Yes. If she has an ear infection, this could have progressed to vestibular disease, a disease of the inner ear. This can cause stroke-like symptoms (head tilt, facial paralysis, one sided weakness, drooling, etc). I would go ahead and give the vet a call and see if he wants to try a broader spectrum antibiotic, just in case.
