My 4 year old male Chihuahua is in pain, his belly, haunches & rib areas are bothering him & he's shaking and can hardly walk...does not want you to touch him except on the head. Is he constipated or having intestinal trouble?

You need to get him to the vet. This might just be an inestinal issue but it could also be a liver or spleen problem, a twisted or telescoped bowel etc.
I'd not wait and see as he is in such obvious pain. I'd get him to the vet today if you can.
