I have a two year old boxer female, spayed. she has been vomiting almost on a daily basis. We have found rocks, bark, twigs in the vomit. Sometimes she eats too quickly and vomits also. She was on an antiinflammatory for a minor injury to her back leg. But even we we stopped that, the vomiting contiued. Would a muzzle be the answer temporarily? We are getting sick of shapooing the carpet every night!

If she's truly a trash hound, I would definitely look into a grazing muzzle (to prevent her from scarfing up everything in her path) when she is outside.

These objects that she is eating could easily cause an intestinal obstruction so do take this seriously.

I would also see the vet to discuss reflux disease and see if he wants to start her on an antacid like tagamet.
