My rottie has black paw pads and I noticed a white hard bump on one of his paws. It is at the edge and he didn't yelp or growl when I touched it but it appears to make him want to pull his paw back when I touch it. He's also been seen to want to bite his paw. I can't think if it was a sliver and it's too cold for bugs here in Regina, SK.I know every inch of my dog and this is not right. He eats a well balanced diet as well as plenty of running in the school yard every day.
