head trauma

My dog was release from the hospital yesterday from a head injurt. I can't get her to use the bathroom period and the sometime walk in circles. What does this mean and What can I do to get her to use the bathroom and will she ever stop walking in circles.Is there a to message her somewhere to get her to use it. Thank you, on her right side she is having trouble with her front and black legs. It's hard for her to stand and walk.

No the doctor didn't. I think you might be right about the circling. Thank you for all your help. is there anyway I could help her defecate without taking her to the vet

I'm not sure I'm doing it right to get her to urnate. I put one hand one the back and the other hand under her pressing. Nothing came out. Any other suggestions. Thank you so much for all your help
