They have tested her for everything. From felv to you name it. She eats iams dry food and about once a week will get tuna. About once every two weeks iams wet canned food. We sometimes give her table scrapes of food. Like chicken or meat.

No not that I am aware of. It usually is just small pieces of chicken or meat. Are one other cat eats it to. He is just fine.

We don't feed her table scraps that often. I have been online for weeks trying to find something to help. Have thought about purchasing probotics or have also heard about pancreatic enzymes. Not quite sure what direction to take.

Even though you say your cat has been tested for everything, she is exhibiting the classic symptoms of hyperthyroidism. This is when the cat eats and eats (may even been ravenous) and still loses weight. Additionally, her health and general well being deteriorate. So of course her immune system is compromised.
Your cat may also be pre-diabetic. That is to say she will have sugar in her blood, but not enough to test positive.
Her dental health is a significant and can be a contributing factor. When a cat has gingivitis, decaying teeth and other dental issues, bacteria can enter her system and make her quite ill.
Initially, her teeth must be addressed and antibiotic therapy should preceed teeth cleaning and removal of decaying teeth.
Next her tyhroid funtion must be evaluated and, if necessary, medication prescribed. Her blood sugar should be checked as well.
If a cat with a weak immuns system eats onion or garlic it can result in a dangerous type of anemia. This may not affect the other cats, even if they eat the same thing because they are stronger.
I do not think your vet is doing enough to ascertain your cats issues. Therefore, I highly recommend a feline (cats ony vet) to look into her problems and do the necessary tests.
Although Iams is an excellent food, I suggest you look into natracat www.natracat.com and felidae www.canadae.com as she may have food allergys as well.
I know you are frustrated and only want your cat to feel better and get well and that is what I want too. So please look into these issues and make any necessary adjustments.
Also go to www.AllergicPet.com for Probiotocs and immune system boosters.
