i have a 11 mth old boxer who won't stop itching ...

i have a 11 mth old boxer who won't stop itching and I don't know what to do. We have tried everything and have no clue what she is allergic to. whe have tried olive oil in her food to condition her coat we have tried rescue remedy stress relief, everything. Please help any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I can't affored to keep taking her to the vet and getting no results. Thanks so much.

Already Tried:
rescue remedy, every stop itch medicine ever heard of, steroid shots, changing her food, and even switched to hypo-allergenic treats.
