my doggie is 14 and a half old, the last 8 weeks he has been not able to walk because of a fall that hunt his neck, he started to walk (like he was drunk) for about3 weeks now he cant use his back legs again. he is eating and drinking, but he looks and act different. im scared. what should i do

Is he having stoke like symptoms? One sided weakness? What was the vet's diagnosis when he hurt his neck?
