my year old dashound is acting very strang he will eat

My 6 year old dashound is acting very strang. He will eat, give kissis, and drink water. Sometimes when I pick him up he wines. I am not sure if he has pooped but he has peed. Hes been a little whinny while laying down. He was very cold and I had him in tree light blankets the other day. He walks and gets around . He will not jump onto the couch because I belive It hurts him.He hasnt got out of bed in two days unless I get him up . my boyfriend was petting him and he peed so he wont tell me that he needs to pee? Please help me with my Little Red.
