i have a beige and white mixed colored hampster i do not

I have a beige and white mixed colored hampster, I do not know what it's breed is, just a few weeks ago I noticed a large lump under it's chin, it does not hurt her when you touch it, it also moves side to side when you move it. It does not seem to discomfort her at all. I am wondering before I take her to the vet, is this abnormal?
