Question

i have a dalmation she had ear surgery over a year ago on

Sent to Pet Experts January 09, 2006 2:23 p.m.

I have a Dalmation...she had ear surgery over a year ago on her outer ear.. When she is sleeping she will jump up and either bark or stare at the wall or up in the air. If she is in the room...just sitting she will suddenly look up as if she is seeing something. Sometimes...fanatically other times just looking up. She doesn't seem to be in any pain. however I notice she does drink alot of water. My own vet has no asnwer for this behavior. She is a sweet dog....After she falls into a deep sleep she does not see things anymore. She also tends to be clingy and underfoot more than she used to be.....Any ideas?
