I have a pot belly pig that is 5 months old. It appears that she has a bladder problem. She walks around squatting and tries to urinate. Most of the time alittle comes out. She is eating ok, but is laying around more than usual. Is there anything I can give her to help?

Optional Information:
Age: <1; Female; Breed: pot belly pig

Already Tried:
craberry juice

Cranberry juice and plenty of water is great but she needs to have a urinalysis done to rule out a urinary tract infection. If you can catch a sample and you have a personal vet, I feel sure they will run one for you to rule this out. I am not 100% sure but they can most likely get bladder stones just like any other animal so you need to be sure this is not a problem as well. When they do a urinalysis they will check for crystals as well. You need to ask your vet about this if he is not a large animal vet as these guys may fall under the normal care of a large animal vet.
