hi i have a chihuahua that is about yrs old now and last

Hi i have a chihuahua that is about 3 yrs old now and last nite she has become ill i think..she want sleep, she want eat anything or drink all day and she is having like seizure type spells where she will get up and fall over like shes limp...but the past couple hours she has been walkin around alittle but every few minutes she will start like seizuring. And we have been tryin to give her syrup and honey but its not doing anything she want really take it. what can we do?
