my two female pitbulls got into a fight and they both have deep wounds and are in alot of pain. I can not afford a vet right now how can i help them?

no im just scared that if i touch her wound it will hurt her and that would be her first response. im not afraid of her normally someone else might be afraid of her if she doesnt know them but i love both of the dogs im just scared when im touching her wound. Its bad theres a big chunk of her skin missing.
