my shitzu is throwing up this morning something yellow

My shitzu is throwing up this morning. Something yellow. She did not eat or drink anything but water this morning. She pee and poop normal. The only chnage this morning was that I was taking down Christmas tree, and putting her cage back to it'sold place. She got upset when I was working on that. Is that the reason?
