This is something you should have checked by your vet as it may indicate an eye infection or be a warning sign of a viral disease such as Feline Infectious Peritonitis
(FIP) virus, Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
or a protozoan disease like toxoplasmosis.
You are an alert owner to spot this and I think the next step is to have your vet check what you are seeing out.
