This can have a lot causes but most common is an ear infection. You need to go ahead and see the vet with her for an exam and to find out if this is the culprit. The problem with ear infections is that the problem can be bacterial or fungal and you have no way of knowing which unless you see the vet. Using the wrong medication can cause more problems than it solves.
