Starting Monday night, my female Shepard/Shar-pe mix 6-7 year old, she was acting scared, shaking and wouldn't leave anyone's side. I put it off to a noise somewhere that scared her or she sensed something. She acted the same way on Tuesday and today. She was also peeing in various spots throughout the house. She is fixed and up to date on her shots. Also, after she peed tonight she was licking at it and it smelled kind of fishy or something but not normal dog urine.   Could this be an illness or something scaring her?

Yes. It's probably an illness. The most likely culprit is a UTI or urinary stones since she is peeing in inappriate places.

You should go ahead and see the vet with her first thing tomorrow for a urine culture and an exam.
