Sounds like he is working on a serious gastric upset. Might be from eating something he shouldn't have or he may have picked up an intestinal parasite such as coccidia or giardia or worms.
You can see if a GasX tablet - about 1/4 of a regular strength one will help him.
If he has diarrhea and pain still tomorrow he should see the vet for an in person exam, diagnosis and treatment.
Hope this helps you!

The shaking is probably pain.
He might have a problem with his pancreas if he had anything especially fatty to eat before this happened. That is painful.
He could have swallowed a non food item or a toxic item making his stomach hurt.
He could have a blockage keeping him from passing stool but not gas.
As you are the one who can see him - if he seems really sick to you and really not like normal you may want to see an emergency vet tonight for an in person evaluation of your pet's status.
Hope this helps you!
