i have small beagle yrs old he has had diarea for two

I have small beagle 9 yrs old, he has had diarea for two days and now is vomiting. He is very well taken care of and up to date on all meds. I think he caught this from my family, we have all had it. what can i give him to make him feel better? he is drinking plenty water but not eating.
