my chihuihua has not eaten in two to three days the first

My chihuihua has not eaten in two to three days. The first day he was vomiting and not eating or drinking the next day he was a little active but the diaharria started. He shakes and just stays laying down. He has not barked. when you hold him you can hear him wimper. When you stretch him out his stomach is grawling. Please help me.
