my pug female 9 months old has large white wart like things on her toung my vet said he never seen them before could you give me an idea what they might be

don't know what to try the vet wants to put her under and cut them out,he doesn't know what they are

They sound like oral papillomas or warts. You can read about them here

They are pretty contagious among dogs so if you have had her in a puppy play group this might be where she got them.
However just in case having the vet remove them or doing a biopsy on one might be worth considering.
