signs of congestive heart failure for black labs

she is 14 yrs old and at times she starts wheezing very much where she cant breath and thats just with very little excertion....

no she doesnt...the other night her breathing was so bad, she lost her bowels and it almost looked like she was foaming at the mouth. it took her a good 20 minutes before she was able to catch her breath.

no we are taking her...its almost like she has asthma...is that possible....that night it was like you can hear a rattle in her. we thought we were going to lose her..i understand a black labs lfe expectancy is 10 - 12 years old....she will be 14 this year.....it was very hard seeing her that way the other night.
