hi my name is matt and my mother has a mini yorkie and he has some redness in his eye and it wont go away what can she put on it to make it better

Unfortunately, there's not a lot that she can do unless she knows the cause. The only thing that she can do at home is flush the eye well with some warm saline (run it from the inner corner to the outer). Then blot it dry very gently.

These little guys are prone to allergies and eye issues so be sure and see the vet with him for an ocular exam to find out what's going on if this continues.
