pains in body so bad hurts to move then lays there like a stroke recovers and then seems fine went to vet checks out ok they took blood ok felt bones ok 12 year old toy poodle male

If this happens after he has had a fatty treat of some sort it might be pancreatitis. You can read about that here

If you feel it might be an arthritis issue then you might want to use glucosamine chondroitin to see if that helps. Glycoflex and Cosequin are two good brands to use.
You might want to do an x-ray of the neck and spine as disc problems or arthritis there can cause pain down through the body too.

they tokk blood and no pancrititis   im so sad that i cant help him when this happens ill try anything thank you but can you think of anything else ?

Its not quick like taking a pain med but it works over time. The fastest response I got in an old dog was using liquid glucosamine in a series of Adequan shots at the vet to jump start the tablet use.
