Question

my son is visiting with his month old spayed female

Sent to Pet Experts December 24, 2005 6:50 p.m.

My son is visiting with his 9 month old spayed female rottweiler lab mix. She's very healthy, very active, eats and drinks and goes to the bathroom normally. For the past few days, she will all of a sudden start licking her genital area and then leave a little puddle of urine behind. You can actually see drops of urine coming out while she is licking herself. Everything else about her seems fine. Is this normal or should we be concerned?

Age: <1; Female; Breed: rottweiler lab mix
