i have a black lab she is yrs old for a couple of months ...

i have a black lab. she is 11 yrs old. for a couple of months when she has a bm her bowel or somthing will come out a inch or so and will bleed.It goes back in about 20 minutes later.i dont think its a hemmoroid.but is painful to her.    please help me   pam
