For now I'd try a soak in warm Epsom salt solution, cleaning the sores with peroxide and trying some triple antibiotic or neosporin ointment on them. If you have some lanacaine spray you can try that too.
But you need to see a vet as its quite likely this is from a nail bed infection which could be either fungal or bacterial.
It could be due to food allergies as dogs do chew their feed when they are having an allergic reaction but targeting the nails makes it seem like they are the irritation point.
You can try Benadryl for itching control at a dose of 1mg per pound of dog so a 12 pound dog would get 1/2 of a 25mg tablet. Make sure its plain Benadryl not a cold capsule type product. You can give her that much every 12 hours.
I'd try and see the vet tomorrow if you can!
