Our cat has lost about 8 pounds in the last 1 1/2 months or so. We have had her at the vet and he has her on prednazone to increase her appetite plus an antibiotic and antihistamine. Her appetite is now incresing but she does not like any of dry cat food she has been eating for over 2 years now. We know she is hungry because she is going after "people" food now and is constanlty meowing. What food would you recommend at this point to get her to try and eat again. Do not know what to do.

Thanks.

Reply to Dr Andrea's Post: We are slowing introducing cnned food and also kitten chow, which all cats seem to love. She did eat last night --- so we are just going to slowly introduce food back into her life and see what happens.

You do not need to reply. Thanks,
Vicki
